You asked. We built it.
Built because someone running or playing in a pool asked, starting with the pools already running this season.
From the pools already running
- Close Call flags — highlight the games your field barely survived. Asked for by the commissioner of a 13-year, 400-entry pool.
- The by-team view — every team, and who still has it. A co-commissioner wanted to see what’s left at a glance.
- Rule clarifications every player confirms — post a mid-season ruling and nobody can say they missed it.
- Insurance picks marked on the Board, and a ‘no pick’ count in every round.
- Paste a list of emails to invite your whole league.
Since then
Planner: who’s being picked in other pools. Board: final scores
Oct 2026The Planner now shows the share of picks on each team this round across other pools on the site — only once at least 100 picks from 5 other pools are in, with no one pool over 40%, and never counting your own pool. A finished round on the Board shows each game’s final score.
A tidier Commish Board on your phone
Oct 2026On a phone, the Commish Board’s four areas now start folded — tap one to open it. What’s new is one line you can open when you like. If you also play in your league, the top of the Commish Board shows whether your entries have picked, with a button to make your picks.
Name your Board highlight
Oct 2026The game highlight you put on the Board is now yours to name, with a line saying what it means. Players see both in the Board’s key. You still flag games by hand on Games.
Let players choose their own pick insurance
Oct 2026With insurance set per entry, you can let each player decide at sign-up whether to insure each entry — a box next to each entry name. After that only you can change it (say, if someone hasn’t paid). Off unless you turn it on.
See your rules rewrite before you save
Oct 2026On Rules, the plain-English rules at the foot now follow what’s on the page: change a setting and its sentence is rewritten and highlighted before you press Save — exactly what your players will read.
